After careful consideration, I decided on Design 2. I picked this due to it being more challenging, as when I had my partner test out the two designs, Design 2 took a considerably large amount of time to assemble and was overall more difficult.

The data appears to be distributed normally, judging from the relative evenness of the graph and the closeness of the mean, median, and mode. Also, the standard deviation is a low number, meaning that the extent of deviation of the group as a whole is very little.
